I have the right to decline any commission, without explanation.I can cancel and refund a commission at any time with prior notification to the commissioner, in cases of poor communication, inappropriate behavior, or abuse.You Understand you are Being Sent a Digital product that is not shipped.

II. PROCESS

work varies greatly depending on the commission typeI will contact you once I start working and provide you with updates.You will receive a draft sketch for approval. After, I'll send you progress shots (inking, colors). I'll proceed once approved.High-resolution image files and a smaller version for internet upload will be sent to you after the work is completed. Original source files won't be provided.

III. REVISIONS

You can ask for minor changes after you receive the coloring progress update.If you decide to want something significantly different, like a pose or character change resulting in me having to start over, these kinds of revisions are subject to an additional fee.I do not offer revisions after final work has been completed and approved

IV. USE

Do not use the artwork for commercial use unless discussed beforehand.I reserve the rights to the artwork and distribution.You cannot claim my art as your own. Please credit me when posting it on other sites.I may use said artwork for portfolio, resume or advertisement needs.If you wish for your request to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process.Please reconsider posting full-resolution works online, as there is a risk that they may be used by third parties without your knowledge.

IV. PAYMENT

Prices listed are subjected to change anytime, without notice.All prices and payments are in USD.Full upfront payment is required unless we agreed otherwise.

VI. REFUNDS

A refund is possible if you cancel before I provide any sketches.No refunds after commission is completed and approved.In the event of personal circumstances that prevent me from starting the work, such as illness, broken equipment, or any other reasons, I will provide a refund.
